Just tossed these together using Mudbox and was hoping for some sort of feedback on them. Mostly on how to improve these and make them into some sort of space that could be navigated. Any help or criticism would be appreciated.
They seem very noisy to me. Aside from some interesting shapes, there's not much for the eyes to focus on. (Also, they don't look like landscapes.)
What do you mean by navigate? Is it like we're flying through a wormhole or a polygon asteroid field? Maybe you should convey a sense of depth using more defined values for distance, and have a set light source(s) to make it easier on the eyes. Aaand maybe I'm confused about what you're intentions are for these pictures and have thus been no help at all.
And then God said, "Let us make man in our likeness and our image. Let us make him ridiculously hard to draw so that poor artists everywhere will have to spend 10,000+ hours failing repeatedly before they can begin to capture the form and likeness onto a two-dimensional surface." And there was man. And it was good. And artists everywhere lost their minds.
