Big Huge Games (www.bighugegames.com), developer of GameSpot’s 2003 PC Game of the Year, "Rise of Nations", published by Microsoft, is looking for a creative, talented, and motivated cinematics artist to join the team. The artist will be responsible for planning and executing the cutscenes which take place within our real-time 3D engine.

The ideal candidate will possess:

· Ability to pre-visualize scenes through storyboards and animatics.
· An immense amount of knowledge of cinematic technique.
· Ability to work within the limitations of a game engine to create compelling visuals
· Technical strengths that allows one to work within an in-game scripting language, similar to “C”. Scripts add certain events and camera movements within the engine. Demonstrating previous experience with scripts in other real-time engines is a strong plus.
· A strong interest in RTS Games.
· Strong communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative atmosphere.
· The drive and dedication it takes to produce a great game.
· A film degree and/or previous game cinematics experience is a strong plus.
