Your structure is a little wobbly. I swear faces are the easiet things to skew and get lined up and "correct". The first one has some mis-aligned eyes and I get the impression the thing on his hat is supposed to be in the middle of it, but it skewed towards the viewer a bit (the crevasse of his hat, if that makes sense).

I don't see a lot of skewing problems with the girl, but I'm not too good at spotting them, so don't necessarily take my word for it.

I will say the girl's nose doesn't look like it was understood. The rendering in both images is a little "soft" and I really feel a lack of forms in them. It might be worth it to start using the hard edges brushes now. Your hair could use some solid mass before you begin painting in the strands.

And where is your light source in the second image, curiously?

"She took the ice cube trays out of the freezer. What kind of a sick bitch takes the ice cube trays out of the freezer?"

The eyes on the women are a bit off, they don't seem 'long' enough if you get what I'm saying. If you would draw a mouth on here you would problaby see it immediately.
