    IDW # 156 : The Evil Witch's Oven

    IDW # 156 : The Evil Witch's Oven

    Topic: The Evil Witch's Oven
    Deadline: Wednesday, February 16

I'm sure most of you are familiar with the story of Hansel and Gretel. At the climax of the tale, the evil witch, who was planning on eating the poor children by cooking them alive in the oven, is herslef baked.

This week, you are to design this oven. Although it can be any type of oven you like, from traditional wood-kiln type, to ultra modern stainless steel, keep in mind that:
    1) This oven is capable of holding a full grown human, or two small children.
    2) It has to fit in with the decor of a gingerbread and candy house.

    Make the Bothers Grimm proud!

    Inspiration and Information:

    Hansel and Gretel on Wikipedia

    Ovens on Wikipedia

    Brief:
    1. Design and draw a The Evil Witch's Oven.
    2. That's it... now draw!

Not that I'll get around to finishing this but anyways...

Thumbnails for Witches Oven suitable for cooking small children and witches. Wanted to make them sinister, evil looking faces, in product design you always try to avoid designs that look like faces, but it could work here

Parsakoira - Kinda reminds me of Calcifer from Howl's Moving Castle in terms of concept. Awesome work, as usual.
