I like the bw ones! the dynamic in your brushstrokes is great. It's nice to see you develop characters that way.
Valyavande: Thanks! I dunno if it's dynamism or the fact that I dont know what im doing half the time with my strokes, heh heh. I'll try and develop those more.
I liked the Sammi.
Nice first couple of posts :> I hope to see more

I like it when you add bits of colors, really gives it an interesting feel

cannibalcarnivale: Thank you kindly. I'd like to master the use of color someday - trying to stick with black/white to understand value. I do like using those little bits of color, though.
tronrobot: Thank you. I'd like to be more decisive with them, though.
Friend of mine - moves a lot.
Data data data.
Lovely sketchbook, clearly you take care to practice a lot, and that's just great!
I think that the rougher your sketches are, the better, I am in love with the lady in post 19. Everything about it - composition, colour, finish is just perfect. Obviously it could be rendered further, but that may run the risk of losing the spontaneity of it all.
Watch out for depth and tone in your portraits, make sure they don't stay flat after you sketch them out in rough.
Jansi: Thank you - I appreciate the advice.
Naidy: Thanks! I'll try.
