Your style of painting is quite like the one I'd like to one day achieve, amazing rendering! Going with what someone said before, post more step-by-steps, they help so much!

This is by far one of the most interesting and cool styles I've seen in a while! Your characters have such a 3D feel about them and I love it! :o

Pretty much done i'd say. There was no real plan for this one, so I spent a lot of time going back and forth trying to get a composition I liked.
Still need to clean up a few of the edges, they're a little messy.

Ok, last time I post this guy, I promise.
Cleaned him up a little, fixed some wonky perspective, and did some color/contrast correction.

Awesome work, man! Falls in a very narrow category with guys like Prometheus here on CA where simplicity and brilliant execution combine perfectly. Keep it up!

This was supposed to be a speedpaint, but I think I'll just keep fleshing it out now. Wasn't sure about the bright sunny colors at first, but they're growing on me.

    Thanks for the comments guys.

Dig your sketchbook! The dapper hammerhead is great. Like the sunny colors on the top one in #83. <subscribed>

    Goddammit Brown!!

I want to play those little fat swordsmen against hordes of something in an RTS game or Diablo clone just slashing away. Reminds me of bad guys in Tangled.
