Since ive been so slack, ive decided to have a minimum 2 pages a day (and on the life drawing days) THis is an absolute minimum regardless....so some days i might do way more art, but if theres days were i cbf, i just do two pages. Sound ok?

Yo dude the life drawings are looking great. I love the hands, the line quality is really interesting. Be careful on the full bodies that they don't get too "wavy" to the point that the structure gets lost. But I do really like that quality of your figures. Kind of reminds me of Edvard Munch's work

Tuesday's class was cancelled so just 1 this week. Used conte instead of Charcoal. Had more control over it so i'll be using that from now on.

Ahh, good stuff as usual. Look out for proportions though. Think I've seen a few posts where the heads are a wee bit too big. Loving the fluidity of your pictures as always though. Keep up the good work, mate!

Thankyou MattGamer, towy and bharat! i will visit your sketchbooks soon not to worry.

I shudent really post junk, but i really wanna make that 1 post a day. Now i know wat to do, start getting back into the hardcore studies again, AND do alot of imagination stuff too , to try and get that shit to sink in. I dont wanna just copy. And i gotta keep that dumb absract art-stuff away because that's not helping me get better. Anyway u know wat i mean. Im gunna start experimenting alot hopefully, and also get back into life drawing (skipped a few lessons) and also draw on the train, since that's 40mins of time i shud be sketching rite! SO yeah..ur gunna see some fails, epic fails, and hopefully some triumph's. Until then, peace out my friends. Have a good day

Those hands are pinnacle stuff in #314 and
the storyboard is done in a cool style.
You are doing a bunch of life drawings and poses
from life, so I think that is the most important what
an artist needs to do, to draw from life.
You are doing great, if I would have to give an advice,
then it would be that you try to work some from your
imagination, some creatures, monsters, devils, angels
or so on. And it would be beautiful if you would
do some more digital paintings again,
    cause you surely got
    a lot of potential.

I've been working on hand studies recently and looking at your work is inspiring. Great stuff.

I also love the volume and curves of those life drawing anatomy studies. They look very good.

    Keep updating and keep growing

Great figures, i especially love the hands cause they have really nice plasticity and flow on them.
    Also, some nice abstract ideas.

Loving the hands. The life drawing is pretty good too. I wouldn't worry too much about faces as long as you can get the head constructed.

Those life drawing faces look great. Another thing to bear in mind that the face has a ton of detail on in, while the body doesn't. Sometimes just getting the shadow right on the face can match the body a lot better.

    LtPlissken thanks alot man!
dlincoln83 thanks dude, yeah i'll get more studies goin!
Black Spot thanks, yeah i tried hard to get the faces a bit better. Yeah, i get wat u mean, just the shadow, i shall try that next time, sometimes i struggle to find the shape, but i'll work on that.
Umbravita thanks man! yeahh those took awile. But i like them too, i will do more of those wen i get time eh.

Thanks people, um just a photoshop study from along time ago i decided to try and jazz it up, practicing trying to paint in PS.....its w.i.p but ive had enuf with it, spent too long. Wudent mind some crits. Cheers.

Q : What's a good way to color after black and white? I tried the overlay for a bit, kinda worked. Is that cheating tho? I find painting in black and white is easier for me, cause i don't have to worry about too much things at once. (color which im shit at)
