    Aguirre's Sketchbook

Hey there! Im 18 years old Im from México (and im not really used to write in English so maybe you ‘ll find a lot of mistakes in my posts).

Since i saw some digital concept art drawings and traditional (pencil/paper) paintings I just started to get interested in drawing again.

I want to take this as something serious becouse I really want to improve my skills, that's why I decided to start my own sketchbook, to see my progress and to recieve some feedbacks and critiques about my drawings.

I Just started to read the "Drawing the Head and Hands" by Andrew Loomis and did some sketches about the head basics and face features.

I'll be updating this thread with some daily sketches.

Dont forget to leave any suggestions or recommendations, since im here to learn, your feedbacks will help me a lot to improve.

Here's a female portrait I did a few minutes ago. I know the proportions aren't perfect but im working on that, and i think this was a good excercise.

Aguirre, I would advise against drawing from your imagination at this stage as most others here will tell you, especially when studying anatomy and making accurate proportions. Also, it seems that the image from your last post is missing.
