as promised, the matte painting im working on...made an u turn as it was very photomanipulation-heavy...now its more painterly....
its not finished, as im going to add a broken wall to the right bottom corner...moving diagonally down as it helps with the composition....and something here and there as i go along....

Hi! thanks! Its Smudge tool!, At some point i liked it like crazy, but i've dropped it now since it takes away the playfulness and flexibility.

yo! see viimane punane tüüp on päris hea see on valmis või WIP?
Võib-olla aitaks naha niiskele/limasele tekstuurile kaasa kõrgläike indikeerimine (peaaegu nagu paremal silmal) ja varjud kaela peal heledamaks/punakamaks?

    kuidas muidu?

excellent studies... rockin work overall... I realize the alien heads are just studies, but I'm wondering what attention could be paid to the backgrounds to make the colors and details of the heads "pop" out even more?? just nitpickin suggestion... lol...
    keep it up!!!

Somelar - Hei! Lima tegin sihilikult ainult kõrvadest tulevatele kombitsatele

JoshDArtist - Thanks for the kind words! To make the heads POP could use a simple texture and some suggestion of lighting i suppose.

something new i've been working on...

    Yo!
Vaatasin, et oled võistlusel uue töö lisanud.
Vetis crit'i kah. Nt viimane pilt.

Viimase pildi jaoks otsi päikeseloojangut, vee pekslemist vastu kaljuseinu, rannakivide tekstuure ja uuri nende vorme, inimesi päikeseloojangu stseenis, päikeseloojangu aegset dramaatilist taevast jne jne... Selline eeltöö on täiega vajalik.

See vahepealne roheline koobas hakkab juba looma.
vaata seda tüüpi, kompa loogika ja teema täiega sarnane sinu koopale. seal on päris hästi näha vormide defineerimist. Saad aru, kui suur see koobas on, kus see asub ja kust pilt võetd on jne.
    http://unidcolor.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d3kfmjd

    Just my 5 cents
    Regards,
    R

    Yo!
