    Some advices? Corporate folder...

Hi people!! Wasssup? I'm a bit new with graphic design so I was thinking that u might give me some useful advices... what is ugly for u, or just wrong... or whatever...
It's for a Corporate folder for the company I work for... It's a cheese factory.
(the logo is old and I can't change it)

Also I would like you to tell me something about this logo. It's for a delicatessen factory. It produces salami, mortadella, etc... so, it has to be a bit old fashioned. With a "label" style. Just imagine it on a salami. haha

Thanks and I'll be waiting your comments!! =)
    Greetings!

What you have for the Logo already looks nice, but it feels like there is somethings missing between the ribbon and red plate. Something 3D with elaborate or abstract detail.

If you intend to print the front and back cover on one page, I think you have them backwards, assuming the one on the left is supposed to be the front.

I guess there are supposed to be more written inside the folder. It looks very empty now. I think the colors are quite delicate and suites cheese.
As for the delicatessen loge and the missing part, I think it just needs shadow like the ring with the pig. Otherwise I like that one. Classically stylish.

Oh, also, on "Suquia," it looks like you used a bevel/emboss. That's not advisable. Anything that looks like an obvious Photoshop filter should be avoided, in my opinion. Other than that, I like it. I think the more you progress, the more you'll see things to tweak here and there.

The drop shadow on 'suquia' is too far away from the letters, bring it in closer, so its more subtle. This will make it easier to read as well, being that its black text.

Music washes from the soul the dust of everyday life.

re: the salami logo, I think you've got a good start. I would take the bevel and the shadow off of Suquia, also it seems likes the text below it should be on a curve as well. Please change the font used for frigorifico. Is that Chicago, or Charcoal? It looks dated, and I in general think its a bad font, You could possibly replace it with Futura, Helvetica, Franklin Gothic, or Gill Sans.

I like the 3D badge with the pig. And I REALLY like the ornate background on the red. It does seem like the Red area above the banner is kind of blank, You could either put something there, or move or resize the banner to cover some of that up. That said, if I picture this on a sausage or on a lunchmeat container, that big red area might be just okay as is.
