Girl with Gun.... and now Robots (updated 22nd

    Hey guys

Did this character sheet for the guys over at CGChannel.com They are going to release the hi-res PSD with all the layers and stuff on a CD or something.

Anyhoo, its been forever since I have done something I could post.

This is pretty much how I am working up character designs these days. The modellers I currently work with like to see some attitude in the characters. Wackos!

I also have to accomodate for larger polycounts and detail work. Its kind of a pain but the more info I get on the concept the less they have to worry bout it.

Trying to answer as many questions up front as I can.......... uuuuuuuuummmmmm

    -10x8 300dpi
-bout 36 hours (2 full days character, 1 1/2 day gun and border stuff)
    -all in photoshop
-used reference for the back pose (hate drawing the back)

    ok here ya go

    ----------------UPDATED MARCH 22---------------------

Thanks for all the help guys! Made a few more tweaks. Going to have to call this done now.

Also have a couple that I found on my harddrive that I thought I would toss on. Just messing around with these. Robots yay!

thats really nice dude. nice to see some new stuff from you.the bordering stuff looks great. it frames it nicely. this is a great example of making a "functional" drawing a work of "art". nice gestures as well. bravo.-c36

    Ack, wardrobe malfunction =D

I really like this piece. The pose and the colors are great, and the design is absolutely engaging.

    I love that gun.

    More, please!

Damn, but you don't suck! That Husquevarna takes gas/oil mix, doesn't it? One thing- where's the pull-cord? :chug:

F'n A man! The outfit alone is simply bad ass, great work!

Very nice. Particularly like the gun design & her pose.
Where can I buy a husqvarna like that?
