Critique This Shit ++++ (Updated: 1-7-11)

    HEY BROS.
This is Kaikikuro - had to get a new account.
    Might remember this...

    MAJOR PROJECT OF THE NOW:
    Quickman
Please critique the hell out of this I have until Jan 28th to have it completely finished!

Anyways, I'm BACK with a VENGEANCE.

Recent speed painting of a crying boy. His face is too long, I know.

    Anatomical Studies

These are also from my older account. Because they're more recent I'm posting them here.

I need to practice drawing more women, I don't do it as often as I should.

In the second image, I feel like #1's head is too big for the body, and conversly, #2's is too small. Other than that, damn good studies.

I'm with you, I need to draw more women too. I don't get why I don't draw them enough, cuz I love em. Did you study from life? Or reference photos?

Thanks! To be honest, I was focusing more on the area below the head since they're my weakest points. Although I should've paid more attention to the heads.

I figured as much. Yeah, getting the heads right would add an overall sense of proportion to the entire figure. It could really make or break the entire anatomy. You pulled it off well enough that it doesn't affect it too much, but it still seems a little odd. You can just give the heads correct size, but very little detail and still have all the focus in the body. I'll keep in eye out for more work from you. Keep it up!
