Initially a quick sketch I ended up spending a few extra hours on this one.

Im finding that these are sorta not that interesting. I think they look to smooth.

But otherwise I really like everything and Im sorta tempted to give you 5 stars but not to sure yet

My observational skills may be great but i said nothing about my drawing skills

    Thanks for the comments guys.....
@My57 those sketches were purely for practice controlling values so there is no real texture or design going on, this is why they are uninteresting but I feel studies like this are important as it is another tool for controlling the viewers eye.

Started an environment for EOW, still needs alot of work yet but will post a finished version later.

Hi, I reall like your first design in this thread. The machine looks quite tight with loose background strokes. I like this effect. Your creature painting is also some darn good work.

Quick note...You're from Yorkshire? Ha, that's cool. You are not so far from me :/ Keep adding your work here because I have just subscribed All the best in your ventures.

Just quickly posting a couple of environments I started, still both a bit rough but I intend to take them through to a finish.

Thanks for all the comments guys.... always really appreciated

nice renderings. I think you could push the finer details on some of them but overall well done. I like the big creature one. The atmosphere on that was well done!

Nice atmosphere in those man, I'd suggest adding some life to them tho, just a few ant sized people walking around, maybe the odd creature. It can really make a concept stand out.

    Keep it up

I'll be brutally honest, I f***** love that ! Your colors are great and your sketches show a lot of dynamics. No bad critics for the moment, keep going like that !

Would have been a shame if you hadn't posted it ! Good job, but the engine on the foreground looks longer than the other, even with the perspective, is it normal ?

The fore-shortening is a little extreme, it was more of an attempt to make it a dynamic angle. The perspective is correct but maybe I should have held back a little! lesson learnt
