Wasp HIV does not cause AIDS

    http://www.jmbblog.com/2010/01/hiv-does-not-cause-aids

Also, I'm of the mind that the HIV/AIDS myth continues primarily because most people know so little about basic science. If more people knew about basic science, they'd be able to ask the hard questions that would force the scientific community to admit that HIV doesn't cause AIDS.

On the other hand, I'm fully prepared to apologize for my error if I'm wrong. Plus it would be a better world if more people apologized for their errors.

But if our sun becomes a black hole, it must first become super-massive... or how was it called... giant? And if it becomes that big, it's gravitation will simply tear the planet apart. There won't be anything left to suck after it becomes a black hole later. I think.

I don't believe in violence, I just believe in education and discipline, thus, banniation or closing of threads seems more appropriate.

Maybe I just need to regain a sense of humor though.

    Black holes are interesting.

Hmm that icon seems more appropriate now.

I didn't know people looking for professional work still use Tripod though? Buy a good domain through Craig's list?

To OP: Ouch dude... If I was you I would 1) chill and lay low for a bit 2) stop being so stupid and outspoken (especially in the Lounge) and finally 3) make a new account, from which you ONLY post in your sketchbook, other people's sketchbooks, hell anywhere BUT the lounge.

David Icke is brilliant, if loony conspiracy theory was an Olympic event we'd have Gold sewn up for the next 20 years. (Unless The Lizard People bribe the judges or influence their brainwaves obviously..)

Ah, of course - I completely forgot about Zuma. The shower comment would be hilarious if it weren't for the fact it's so tragic.

As for Mbeki, since you're in South Africa, you probably know the situation better than I do. But from what I remember, Mbeki is a staunch HIV/AIDs denialist as well. I recall seeing a documentary about a conference about HIV and AIDs in South Africa. And Mbeki, with a straight face and sheer gall, went up to the podium and denied the link between the two. And almost everyone in the audience was speechless.
That, and under Mbeki, I recall the Health Minister saying that AIDs could be cured by ingesting vitamins and natural herbal remedies. That made me want to just shoot somebody.

No I actually wouldn't know better. I vehemently refuse to follow current affairs in this country because it would only depress me. I get all my news from physorg and the like because I have no interest in what most of earth is doing. I do remember the regrettable comments made by the minister of health. I didn't actually know about Mbeki's denialism, but even though he's one of the only members in the cabinet with matric it doesn't come as much of a surprise.

This is why I wanted to talk about black holes...
