Here's some submissions for y'all comments. All of my doodles are done in Sketchbook Pro currently. I do like the freedom that I get from digital art but I do like to go back to traditional paper and Pencil/Pen. More to come as I get them off of my other computer. I'll get photos of my old sketches from my paper doodle too later. I hope the participation in this forum motivates me to produce more and more.

Well, good for you for starting a sketchbook. Try to keep it updated as much as possible.
The first thing I notice in these is a poor sense of lighting. Try to choose a direction of a light source and keep it consistent. As of now there doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to the shadows and highlights, and everything is in a middle value (except for the whites of the eyes and teeth, neither of which are actually pure white in reality). Take a look at this tutorial I wrote a little while back and then do a study or two from photo reference or a mirror (I recommend doing it in black and white instead of colour for now):
Oh, and try to post your traditional stuff too, I would love to see it.
