    Templar's Sketchy thread

Hello and welcome to my sketchbook thread. I've been browsing these forums for some time now, seeing all the amazing art. I finally plucked up the courage to post some of my own stuff. I've never had any real teaching with regards to art, and most of my (limited) experience comes from tutorials and looking at other people's drawings.

well it's a good start you have here I suggest that you look around and find some books for artist. Many recomends Loomis and so do I. Next start playing with some basic forms and shapes and, draw, draw, draw anything you see draw like a madman and be patient. Developing your skill is a goddamn looong way. good luk

Another picture. This one I did about a year back, in the style of a French artist called Didier Graffet

I bought an A5 sketchbook, so expect to see lots of designs and sketches soon

Oh man, you're only 14? You're way farther down the rabbit hole than I was even just a year ago! I salute you, my friend. Look around for any ways to study figure and wrestle that monster until it stops moving, get that notch in your belt!
