Nice job, ticks most of the mainstream-fantasy boxes. You said you wanted critique, so; I think the surfaces could be worked up more so as to differentiate between what is skin, metal, cloth, etc. Currently, everything seems to have the same glossiness. The flesh is particularly flat and would benefit with more 'form', suggestion of muscles and/or maybe some warmer areas as you have in the cheek. The wings seem to face the viewer whilst the body is at 3quarter view, and could do with a bit more polish (particularly the undersides) to make them more feathery, less furry. Perhaps the hands are a little small? - not sure. Her left foot looks a little awkward too, but these are niggles. Is a good piece, that could really 'zing' with another pass...

Try making those colors on your priest more vivid with darker darks. That way it wont appear so washed out and will make the character pop much more than it is now. But overall I like it, keep it coming.

I like your painting here. I especially like the gesture. The lighting is rather boring and even. I wonder if you would like to try something more theatrical. You have a light coming from above and below which could look really cool if they were actually casting light on the character. I made some selections and darkened them as if light were coming from above, as a suggestion for you. You could reverse these and light from the bottom altho underlighting is usually used for villians.

    Good work
