haha that monkey really made me laugh. Great stuff! I like that painting above too - the paint and brushstrokes are really interesting. Again, no crits because you are creating such imaginative stuff!

@AustenFM - good to know that. I often wondered how other artists see my images style-wise. I really can't categorize myself... or usually doing it wrong

@ThomasM - haha, yeah some zoology, right? Thanks!

Quick screencap study for today in step-by-step. The Vertigo piece done in Painter mostly with standard Rake pen.

This is a 3D study for new acrylic painting based on this http://attachments.conceptart.org/fo...1&d=1296334525 sketch. It's just a rough reference for the light, perspective and composition so I believe I will tweak it further on canvas.

One concept for today. I did a little make-over of this photo by Miles Pfefferle.

    Hello Juraj.
Interesting work can be seen here.
I like the way you color your sketchbook pages,
and how you convert some of your work into 3D.
    Why have you stopped posting?
We are waiting for you new cool updates.

@LtPlissken - hey, thanks for the interest. Yeah, sucks this thread became pretty quiet. The reason I stopped posting these days is very simple. I have no sketches or other preproduction images to show. Working mainly on stuff I am not allowed to share yet. Too bad I can't kick myself to sketch something randomly imaginary or observatory during lunch or freetime. It's about to change soon and I'll be back with regular updates. Hopefuly upcoming week.
I know very well how important is the practise.
