Oh wow. I might have to take my pay and order this.
I prefer print to PDF by far.

Just FYI for bumping there is a Kindle Ebook Edition - http://amzn.com/B0087QB4KE

It's five bucks. Kindle you can download a reader for about any platform to read it. So if you guys can't afford the hardcover, at least support the ebook version and encourage more ebook versions to come out.

    Bummer!

I bought the Kindle version for $4.99 but notice no one bothered to edit the electronic version carefully. There are a lot of miss spellings throughout the book.

    Example from the very beginning:

    "An Opening Chat

    Dear Reader;

For many years ihe uecd of a further book on the subject of figure drawing has been apparent to me."

At least it was under $5. Hopefully Amazon released an updated correct version like the new reprinted edition.

Yeah, you can tell from the Amazon preview that the digital conversion on this was terrible. It was obviously OCRed and not proofread. Plus, since there's no publisher listed, I wonder how legit this is, and if Titan is involved at all ( I tend to doubt it). Whoever is responsible should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves. I don't know what Amazon's policy is on refunds for ebooks, but I'd certainly try to get one if you can. This version isn't even worth five bucks, especially when the free pirate PDFs are better quality. Spend the extra cash for the real book, it's more than worth it.

You should be able to get a refund, but also Amazon has a feedback button on the bottom where you can report issues like bad formatting or typos.

The more I look at this the hinkier it seems. I've emailed Titan asking if this is an authorized version.

    Just got this reply:
    Dear Tristan,

    Thank you for your message.

It is an illegal copy of the book and we will contact Amazon to take it off. No legal e-version of the book exists.

Unfortunately, pirated versions of our books occasionally show up, and we try to take them down whenever we are alerted to their existence.

Thank you very much for your help.

    With kind regards,

    Gabriela

See I was under the impression the publisher would be the one to post it but after reading this article looks like Amazon needs to work on fixing its system a bit, iMigrane you're definitely entitled to a refund since it was a fraudulent copy.

I ordered both Figure Drawing and Drawing The Head and Hands a couple a months ago and I can testify to them both being of (As far as I can tell) good quality.

Also the cover design of Figure Drawing is absolutely breathtaking. Just love it. When not studying from it I always make sure it's somewhere people can see it.

Sad to hear that Amazon was selling an unauthorized ebook but that totally explains why the text and images look so bad.

I'll have for contact Amazon for a refund when I get the chance. Thanks guys for researching into this matter.

I have to book from Titan but I thought an electronic backup version would be handy too.
