    The Skye High Sketchbook

    Hey all!
First time posting on here. Would like to share my works, sketches and some design work. I'm hoping that starting this thread will help me do more sketches than my currently measly amount of daily sketches.

I'm a freshman at SCAD and am studying animation, but have always loved drawing, sketching and working with my tablet.

Attached below are a few graphite and charcoal drawings done in high school from my Sophomore to Senior year. The charcoal drawings are the first ones I had ever done as I don't work with charcoal that often. I will be posting a few works from school as well.

Thanks Falchion. Glad you like my work. Here are some pieces I had just completed in my fundamentals at SCAD.

Up above are two pieces (the pen and colored pencil pictures) where I have never worked in that medium.

Below is a Design Class assignment. We had to create a design a skateboard deck and then paint our design onto a blank deck. The design had to be based off vintage posters and could not use more than 3 colors (different values could be used). It had to show off a spectacle or circus like event.

A quick two point perspective sketch. Just got really bored while watching Human Target, which by the way has an awesome opening... check it out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QNJ0UEYdcFo
