    What are you currently playing?

I find it hard to believe that we haven't had a thread like this yet but Search didn't turn it up. Feel free to lock if its a repeat.

Anyways I'm currently playing Super Stardust HD. At the hands of no other game have I uttered more profanity. I'm somewhere around 11000 on the leaderboards right now, but the levels are so freaking intense I can't really imagine making it all the way into the tens of trillions of points as some have done.

Some flash game in the arcade section part of this website, sucks my soul every time I see it: http://wecookart.com/forum/arcade.php?mode=play&g=27 When you're logged out you might not see it though but it's like a strategy real time game, but more strategy than real time.

Mega Man Next Remix- It's a faster, harder, more challenging version of Mega Man with a whopping twenty robot masters. Note: This game is still a work in progress and probably won't be completed until next year.

    Oblivion, such a great game.

I'm currently playing Pokemon, just for the nostalgia...

This is why my roomate helped looked up any bugged quests and such on the Oblivion wiki...its even more annoying when playing the 360 version since it has no fan-made bug patches. So i feel your pain.

Otherwise, ive been playing some Fable 2. Eventually I'll get to play some Minecraft if my Christmas money comes in. Both are very good IMO.

I'm just about through playing oblivion now (doing damn near everything), I'm running it with about 30 mods. Took a while to get them all working together (trial and error with the load order/overlaps) but its worth it for the new gear, better graphics, less bugs etc.

What bug are you having, maybe i can help?

Playing the new Golden Sun game. It's great, so far. Just a bit too easy. Played ten hours into the game and haven't had to use a single healing herb ^^'

But it's still fun and the puzzles are good

Thanks a lot for wanting to help, but I think I figured it out and could hide the bugs.

Yeah the mods really add to the gameplay and visual experience of Oblivion, I am almost up at 100 mods now and it is running so well with it, except I think I need some more RAM.

Actually, the reason I started playing Oblivion again was because I saw this video of a modded Oblivion which looks just so beautful. WARNING: may cause you to reinstall Oblivion and dl lots of mods.

Playing Just Cause 2. Picked it up at a Steam sale for 6 measly euros. Almost can't believe what a huge bargain that was. Was a steal! Sometimes I love Steam. Oh, this was supposed to be about the game. Well, Just Cause 2 is simply great.

Unless you dont have the internet, theres absolutely no way you can dislike Steam.... is there???
Its easily the best Gaming/social network thing outthere, and its easily the best Digital Download service out there, by a country mile too.
Speaking of which - Christmas sales are coming!! woooooo.

That said, because I play games too much Ive been playing:
    Completed recently:
    Arkham Aslyum
Baldurs Gate 2: Throne of Bhaal

    Now playing
    Mass Effect 2
    Metro 2033

    anndd the usual culprits;
Battlefield Bad Company 2 - but now Vietnam!
Team Fortress 2.... need I say more.

My gameplaying habits are usually several years behind the curve, and as such, my time-waster of choice these days is Serious Sam: The First Encounter. If you haven't played it, it's completely absurd, but also pretty cool, and quite fun. Your character is a tough-talking, hyper-macho parody of other FPS characters, sent back in time to ancient Egypt to defeat an alien race that is about to destroy humanity in the future. The game makes no effort to hide the fact that the "story" is just a flimsy excuse to shoot cannonballs at giant four-armed lizard magicians in ancient Egypt.
The game also sends absolutely absurd amounts of enemies your way. Most levels from midgame onward have well over six hundred enemies.

    Example:

Metroid: Other M-Mostly fun, but it gets frustrating at times. Now, I must try Tales of Symphoina 2.

Final Fantasy 8, every now and then i play it but i never beaten it.

I usually just choose an oldie for the nostalgia kick when i get to it. Or else just a game that you can beat over the weekend or a few days and move on.

I tried Mass effect last week, and not that is bad, but most Rpgs are not my thing so already unistalled it.

Started playing Enslaved yesterday. Love it so far; slick combat and movement, decent story and great graphics. And by far the best character 'acting' I've seen in a game.

Starcraft 2 for the moment - it's so easy to lose myself in the macro and micromanagement. Love it. When the Witcher sequel comes out, I'll play that; Excellent narrative and voice acting, and realistic motives. But when DNF comes out I'll play that for the nostalgia.

Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World- A very good game, although not up to snuff with the first one. I wish Bandai/Namco released Tales of Hearts and Graces here.

Kirby's Epic Yarn-A different take on the usual Kirby fare and I enjoy what Nintendo has done with Good Feel so far.

March on over to Battle net and get yourself a password change with your respective email. Maybe you've entered the wrong email. You should be able to log in with the same Email and password for SC2 with your WoW account, and at battle net. Hope I helped...

tried that but the same thing happens on BN, just so you know EVERYWHERE I go any PC can run the game with my "login information" ( the same as i enter ),,, i tried it on 4 different PCs and it can enter the game and BN easily, its something at my end i think, 4 months passed since i played the game.

PHATandy - Yeah i know Steam is a lot better these days compared to their pain in the ass beginnings. The idea of a 3rd party sticking their nose in everything just never grew on me sorta like itunes and ipods, guess i'm just a plug and play kinda guy, heh!

Recently picked up Dead Space, man i dunno how this game got passed me on release such an awesome game, i've only just heard of it! heh! Part 2 looks to be due any day soon.
