Hope I'm not too late. Would like to have done side and open views of this if there was more time. Basically, it opens out like an iron maiden, trapping the witch inside. You can see her eyes through the holes in order to gauge whether or not she's still alive. The water goes in through the pipework, air is taken in through vents which are seperated internally from the main chamber above water level. Steam/green gas crap from the poor melty witch escapes through the vents at the top.

This is my interpretation. Since its hard to find witches it would be cool if witchcatchers would set like boobie traps all over the forests, near herbs they need for their brew. once they step in a trap their body starts melting!!

one big thing about this drawing is that i timed myself and i didnt give me more then 2 hours. most of the time i focuse on the concept and not about the drawing. so its not a very clean drawing, but i feel its good to push yourself and not loose yourself in a drawing.
