Nice stuff man. Where do you go now? You definitely have a mix of skill and your own personal style, which is awesome man. Continue the grind.

@apacalyrical You got cake! I'm attending artschool for 1 year, then it's 3d-modelling and animation for 3 years. Going for the sweet end of any occupation regarding drawing for games and movies.
Update is sketches and my first try at graffiti! (though legal-graffiti since I'm a wimp) Enjoy!

Cool! Awesome sketches. Especially the dog studies. They're just great!
Only thing I can think about critique-wise is about your hatching technique. (But it's all a matter of taste I guess, so feel free to disregard my oppinion ) The hatching is a bit messy at times and this hurts the otherwise good pieces. Also, maybe try to avoid cross-hatching at a 90 degrees angle. When the lines cross this way it destroys the illusion of 3D form in my oppinion.
Other than that- great work!
October 8th, 2010 #23
-Windmaker as promised now I love you. I glanced through it all after your post and right you are. Crosshatching really removes the 3d-effect. Thanks for the critique, I'll adjust after it
So for todays updates is just 2 drafts from my sketchbook, 1 quick from ref while on the swing in a park. The other is the same dog as the earlier post, but no ref this time, just memory.
Also tried my hands at a new way of painting digitally in the form of an electro-timetravelling-badass wolf from the 70's.
PS. The guy in the hat is supposed to have a messed up position arm-wise.

Update: Working on a sculpture, and 2 drafts from sketchbook, feeling really under the weather, going to rest up and then get back in full blast!

-Windmaker Thanks! Will update that piece, will hopefully be as finished as possible tomorrow as that's the last day that we'll have the model.
Update: A new model from imagination, it's sort of a crossing between a goat, raptor, dragon horn-being, it.

Been a bit down lately, fever, astma and a cold. You could've mistaken me for a roadkill at some points this week.
BUT it's getting alot better! Been working on a traditional painting and a continuation of the two sculptures.
Also I've been starting tempering with the program alchemy which is really great for boosting up your imagination!
Small Update: Pulp Fiction-teddybear! Now in stores!
October 17th, 2010 #28
Update: A more finished bear-piece with a gun ofc, ala bear-fiction-style. Also a wip I just started, a gambling tiger.
He's going to be all "come in come in, have a try at the dice", meanwhile his tigerbuddies are all coming up from behind and I'll let you figure out the rest.

-Pixie trick Thanks!
Just barely kept myself alive last week, didn't really produce anything, so here's atleast something from my newfoundself of well-being and healthy-ness.
Update: SB-page and a re-vamp on the tiger.
