Better draw every god damn day | Patonki's Sketchbook

Take a look at the last page. I'd like to receive critique on the more recent works, but comments on anything are appreciated.

    Original post:

Hey there! I am Patonki, an eager 16 year old kid wanting to learn.
I really like them digital arts. I don't have much to show, as I keep starting projects and abandoning them almost instantly. Bad habits! No traditional, got no scanner (also they're bad!).

Woah okay I haven't done anything in a while. I blame that on the combined efforts of laziness and relationships.
Here is a frazetta study I left hanging around for a long while. The face and helmet are completely half-assed, my focus was the body.

I also have doodled a lot, but I have no way of showing these off, since I lost my camera.

hello whats up i've done a LOT of traditional things (like getting an actual physical sketchbook) which i can't really upload since i've lost the usb cable. Digital things have been on the back burner since the frazetta study. I really need to find some inspiration to do digital studies and alike.

Is it going to diminish what I've learned while doing digital to keep switching between the two, and keeping long breaks between them? I don't know what's keeping me from opening ps, it just feels foreboding i guess. Maybe I just need a good kick in the ass.

Anyway here is something I doodled to relieve my headache.

Any help to get me inspired to do digital studies will be greatly appreciated! ! !

    stuff

I draw way too lightly, it's always a pain to get them to show up in anything else than blistering light.

    okay watercolors
    here are some small scetches

here are some more detailed things. They don't really look like much, but I guess it was good color practice.

    And a self-portrait in acrylics.

    Hi Patonki!

When I was 16 I think i couldn't draw as good as you do right now
I love your pencil strokes on the male head & your digital selfportrait is very nice.
    Keep uploading your sketch!
