nice sketches, like them all
while painting you tend to get dirty colors (especially with skin)
know that's hard to paint skin without mixing, try to clean your works
also (i can be wrong, if so sorry ) do not darken colors with black or dark hue the same with brightening with white, darken with other color

Really, i can see a certain personal style here, even on the studies you got a unique approach.
Try for the time being to have a bit cleaner sketches (i know you want them "dirty" but just for the studies thing). Try to be good where you are not so much comfortable, try to draw a sketch with as less lines as possible.
I like those building sketches and what you tried to do with the armor rendering.
