    New Work

Hey guys! Haven't posted here in a while, currently working as lead concept artist on some games but wanted to check in here with a couple of recent folio pieces.

The first piece is a bit of Starcraft II fanart, the second a quick speedpaint, and the last piece is a matte painting recently featured in Imagine FX.

    Enjoy!

    Love them.
I especially love the blues you got in the first one. Very moody and well executed.
    Good work!

Cheers mate! I really prefer to paint moods and atmosphere over detail.

I really like the first and last ones, I'm a huge starcraft fan in general so that speaks to me hehe. Is that a hydralisk or something on the right side? I can make out a dim lit zerg-like creature there.

Is that Zeratul or some other Protoss dude? It reminds me of the cinematic where he confronts Kerrigan in the cave. Beautiful job.

    Thanks guys!

Wgrace: it is indeed a hydralisk! I hid it in shadow in order to maintain a sense of mystery and keep the composition simple.

Dahami: this illustration was inspired by that very cutscene - this is Zeratul facing off against some zerg
