it`s so impression to me your homepage, joshua. i`ll cost my time for appreciate your designs and paintings.

jca / i can`t use english well, so it`s too hard understand that "uniform". and reason that strokes aren`t seem, becouse i painted use RoundCarmelhair of OilBrushs in Painter 6.1.

That's okay. We're getting more and more people around here whose first language isn't english, I've noticed. Like yourself, they almost all seem to be amazingly talented artists, too.

Also, since I'm learning Japanese, I look forward to the day when I too can use another language badly.

    Cool Anime style!:chug:
I love the rendering. One question though; do you call it anime style in korea too or do they have some other name for it?

Nice character! Like the dynamics in it. I can feel the movement.

What's up with these Korean artists? They are all so friggn' good! I'll wager that it's the fact that their art education is probably very traditional bound (that's how it was in Japan). With more ephazis on techniques and anatomy etc in the beginning.

Not flimsy like the education over here (at least in Sweden) where you're supposed to paint a selfportrait of your inner feelings using plaster, gravel and acrylics before you are taught the basics like anatomy, thorough rendering with lead and perspective (yes, I had a assignment to do that in Art high school here in Sweden). I'm so tired of it! Gonna apply for uni now but I don't expect much, just want the papers.

    Jävla flummskolor!!!

Once again, very good picture, excuse my off topic ranting.

    OMG sooo true

whats up with the art educational system in Canada?? I know art history is a somewhat important topic in art class, but when it consists of 80% of the course something is wrong. ANother thing, they dont teach us anything on anatomy or composition. We sit at our tables find a topic then draw what we like. I know theres freedom but a little direction towards mastering an image on paper that comes from the imagination with perfect anatomy and composition....would be great. Kiss my uneducated ass for the past 5 years in highschool art system.
