    Tablet problems

I always worked with pensil and like alot of the lines i can get out of it. Found my style with it and enjoy it alot.

Some years ago i started useing tablet to give my art an extra layer that you just cant get from pensil alone, but i havent been able yet to get the same flow that i have when drawing on paper. Is this just about training or can it be helped with better reaction time of the computer, or do i just have to realise that drawing with the computer/tablet will never be the same as drawing with pen and paper?

Anyone got some technics that could help me get more use to tablet?

Some of it might be the tablet; I know Wacom's plastic is specially designed to feel more like paper. Other tablets may feel more slick.

But I think there will always be some disconnect with the tablet, as opposed to the immediate feel of pencil/paper. It's not a bad thing, just part of working digitally.

Got a wacom and love useing it and i do use it alot. Might just be because its harder to turn around like a normal sketchbook and the slight delay that some times happen with big fast lines.

Ill keep doing most of my sketches on paper, dont have to be at my computer for that either.

    Thanks
