No problem man^^The chest is looking better now but there is one more thing that maybe needs fixing:the part of the legs that is under the glass table should have a lighter green and not darker since its behind the glass!Keep updating

thanks for the suggestions everyone! i'll check on what works and what not

cameli - edges are abit blurry, especially on his gun arm. possibly try to put more red into the skintones aswell, especially in the shades, might make a good contrast with the blue light.
rodriguez - this one definately needs more contrast. you gotta figure out if the room is lit from above, or just from the computer screens.
dkiearth - can't help but think it looks like gordon freeman with hair. also can't tell where the light is coming from.

Changed the helmet to make it look less like Vader. Hope the overall contrast is about right now.

Alright, let me know what you think. I'm trying to make this a solid piece.

I know in posting this that there's no way I'll be able to finish on time... but I'd kick myself for missing this topic

Seriously rough sketch - perspective and anatomy problems up the wazoo, but hopefully it gets across the kind of motion I was going for. I was going to do something serious and realistic, honest. But then I thought - Cyborg-Ninja-Girl? Hell yeah I should do a Cyborg-Ninja-Girl!

OK, I'm seriously pissed right now. My wife and I got snookered into some weekend trip out of town with her friend and a bunch of other tertiary acquaintances. The whole thing sucked out loud, I'm tired, sunburned and rather tetchy, and to cap it all, those were two days I could have spent working on this. I'll muster tomorrow, hopefully make the deadline. We'll see...

Arrrgh I had no time this week!! Leaving for work now, but I managed to start something, hopefully I'll be able to finish tomorrow.

...yes, it will be a b&w entry. ZERO time to color.

EDIT: GAH, insane entries, you guys!!! I'm gonna dump mine. Did not work as much as I wanted on the design, it's looking too generic...
    What signature?

The horizon line is too low, it looks strange, especially around the shadow of her right leg. Unless she's alongside a cliff, if she is, maybe giving a hint of other cliffs in the distance more aligned with the actual horizon line would help? If you're trying to do this with the white, then maybe give that color a bit more substance?
Also the way her right ankle overlaps her left one isn't convincing, but I'm not sure how you would correct this. Otherwise its a great character! love the colors

blau - ah,thanks man. you're right. i don't get what you mean with "give that colour more substance" though.

gonna drop the building in the distance again, cause i think that really emphasizes the "solitary unit" aspect.

At first I thought all white was clouds, but then I saw the building so I realized that layer of white was to give some sense of distance. With substance I meant a bit more of the color of the ground, a bit more of a regular atmospheric perspective, instead of that switch to white.
