    Whenever I check these challenges it seems a challenge is ending but I decided to have a go at this one so did a quick sketch. I'll only have 3 hours or so to finish it so I doubt I'll submit, but I'll get it completed one day...

    keith: Props on working with chalk man! The cloak looks awesome and I like your distribution of values. Some of the proportioning is off though. I think that the forearms are too small for his frame, and the left shoulder (from the viewer's eye) is awkward. Even though the shoulder is being extended out in this pose, it should be drawn further to the left so his shoulders seem broader. Looking forward to seeing the final graphite piece.

    Pixeltuner: Rendering is looking really really tight at this point. The whole outfit is very believable. As Irrleufer showed you, his balance is off. His correction fixes it for the most part. But another thing that would help balance the pose would be to give him more of a heel, so his feet are convincingly planted on ground. You could also paint in the back leg, as there is no evidence of it yet. Already looking killer in terms of lighting and detail.

    Long time since my last chow, but it's good to be back! Everyone's is looking good, here's my card in the deck. Not sure if I'll finish it on time but I plan on taking it the distance no matter what.

    Cheers everyone!

    I think i'm going to call this done for now, got a busy weekend ahead of me so won't have much or any time to finish him off. I'm fairly happy with how it turned out, however i started off with a different approach and style to how i normally would which i don't think i'll be doing in the future.

    Would anyone be kind enough to tell me how i actually submit this? Its my first CHOW and i am slightly confused.... thanks!

    damn, I don't know if I'm ready for this. I can't do it in colour, because I have no plan. And I cannot even make him look like a walking old man...

    @Irrläufer: tried that
    I now changed his legs so the leg in front is the forwarding leg. looks weird now with the arms, but time's almost up for me (no computer tomorrow, only sky and sand)
    Thanks

    Late start on this one, I've been away from computers.

    I'm trying to draw Father Time as he might have been imagined by the King of comics himself, Jack Kirby!

    Keep at it everyone, really like the range of style going on atm. I'm trying to pick a favourite atm and really struggling. I really like the way Baron's is coming out, Pixeltuner has got a great design and I also really like where keith eager's is heading. Decisions decisions!

    Anyway, here's my entry so far, it's crazy static, and still not really sure what I'm doing with it.
