    The Dorkthrone

So I've decided to make a new sketchbook. Over the last few months, I've been feeling like I'm moving in a different direction with my art. I think that my old sketchbook doesn't really reflect that shift.

Here's some relatively recent, but still old stuff to bring this thread up to speed.

These next few posts are from the past month or so. I've had a pretty big output recently.

Awesome linework man, keep up the hard work! Only critique is I think now you need to focus on form, since some things look flat, such as some of the hands I see and things. Understanding form better would help a lot; I highly suggest studying from Vilppu for that too. And just do a lot of studying from life. Keep up the good work : ]

Thanks for the encouragement, guys. Here's a new drawing I've been debating whether or not to post.

I like your style-- very warm and organic. This is my favorite:

I think doing a scene, like a vignette, would be a good challenge for your drawing skills and imagination.

hey mate really nice sketches and lines!!it would be good to see some of them rendered with values equal to those you create with the different crosshatched areas that give out different values
    keep it up!!!
