Videl is looking great, especially the colours. Her fist looks a bit off.. and should probably be slightly bigger for a better perspective.
Would love to see your pencils in colour later on. Keep em coming!

Here is another large collection of my sketches/ doodles
I hope to do a lot of anatomy studies as well as more finished work in the near future - As you can see I draw too much of the same thing over and over again ... and I have a bad habit of just drawing without studying / reference. So I'm going to try to study a lot more.

Also, looking at my work it's pretty easy to tell I'm a girl - so I'd like to make my genderless to the eyes-

I do a lot of free requests on the net so some of these are people's characters that they requested and / or fanart

This is someone's request of a "witch doctor" so I made her up-

I don't play new games / online games very often (I do like them though), but I was playing one for a little while and it made me want to make up my own monsters.

Hey Tex, neat stuff in here. I really dig your characters and they way you lay down your pencils. The way you draw girls is delightful, they have tons of life. Good to see you starting more anatomy studies, check out some books by George Bridgman if you get a chance, great anatomy teachings there. Looking forward to more, try and throw some more menfolk in here and there. Keep it up!

Also, my favorite thing here is the little venus flytrap man, he makes me real happy!

Oh thank you! I'm actually on the hunt for some good anatomy resources so this was a wonderful find! Do you know some others?
Right now all I have is posemaniacs (which is frustrating as they aren't true humans but still fun) and the life drawing classes I took while I was in school (too long ago)

Hi Curry23, great job with these updates! I think that your anatomy is very good at the moment but i would still continue your studies so that you don't become stale, its always good to refresh your knowledge of everything. I LOVE your face sketches, i can really see the emotions on each of them. On your first digital face painting, its great however there are more colours to the face than just the typical peachy skin colour, use your colour picker (shortcut ALT on photoshop) and pick each colour from the face and then paint them onto a canvas, you should notice the base peachy colour of the skin, some blues for shadows, some lighter hues in the extreme highlights, and then any other colours that may be reflecting from the other objects in the room. Sometimes it is really subtle but it is all there. But remember - painting skin is HARD, so keep practicing it but try not to get to annoyed with it

Hope that helps at all, keep it up!
