    Sharing some beautiful oils

    Alright.

    So basicly I was at my grandmas birthday, which was hosted at her brothers house, and then I noticed he had these beutiful oil paintings, I got permission to to photograph them and share them with you.

    most of these are from the late 18th to the beginning of 19th century.

    The forest one with the tall trees looks like a Peder Monsted. Wether it is or not, it must have been so impressive to see in person.

    Yeah they are old family heirlooms... I believe the one with the tall trees was done by Y. Grothe in 1896...

    I'd love it if more people joined and showed of some oils
