New to the CA community, new to concept art and serious about developing
my skills. Hope to improve with everyones help, and
make friends. Please critic, leave feedback, and help me, and

Abstract can bring about images not so abstract!

Here is a cutout of one of my drawings. I first started
with some abstract brushes until I saw a form and kept adding
until this, by mistake come out from the ramdom.

Welcome to CA! Not a bad start, you do have some skills. You should post some studies. Figure studies are always good practice for anyone of any skill level. Keep up the good, work with practice and hard work you'll succeed sooner then you think!

Welcome to the forums! It looks like you and I have a similar weakness/nemesis, values, so I feel your pain! Don't be afraid to bump up the contrast to get a bigger range.

hello mate, welcome on CA.Nice start showing that you have some skills to make a good start.
I think you should now focus on drawing and lines(to be also more comfortable with them).Starting seriously studying anatomy will help you in everything.Try to be very good in drawing and rendering, putting values etc on simple 3d objects, because if you understand how to depict them, you will be able to depict any form if you simplify it to simple objects.
Anyway just keep up enjoying and keep up drawing and sharing
i just told some things to consider on the side
    keep it up!!!

    Hello!
    Good start here!
I think what kingkostas meant with the lines,is that you should focus on them a bit more, concentrate and try to make the lines as clean and as precise as possible,it really bumps up the quality of your artwork!
I also suggest learning anatomy, just download a book by Bridgman or Loomis, and study, that's a very good way to learn!
The digital stuff looks fine to me,just practice a lot every day,and you'll improve rapidly!
    Keep it up!

THe mask is finished!!! Maybe ill try to do the torso as well, but those horns were hard to paint, keeping the lines straight as possible...
