Does Bammes Deal with Gesture drawing?

Does Bammes Deal with Gesture drawing?

Or is it just constructive anatomy like Bridgman? (albeit awesome constructive anatomy )

The two often go hand in hand which is why I ask and I need to concrete a bit more on gesture at the moment before I delve into anatomy and its expensive so maybe i should hold off unless it does cover that.

It's much more focused on the planar structure of the figure and anatomy. And the text is in German, which may or may not be a hindrance. If you want a book on gesture, Vilppu's Drawing Manual is my recommendation.

He deals quite a bit with the relationship of the forms of the body in action (see the last section of images in this thread), but no gesture drawing as such.

    Thanks for the responses

Will hold off until I have mastered gesture a little more.
