random sketch and head lines from the head

Character and still life without pen pressure. It was harder than I thought it would be...everyone should try it!
llex_paul - Just tried something different. I don't usually. I think it does help me think about my color choices more but I probably wouldn't use it for a finished piece. Edge control would be a nightmare
Wow Kick my ass Pnate, i really love your figures and skintones. i would love to paint kickass skintones like that someday.
Yemi775 - Thanks for the compliment! Skintones are alwaysss kicking my butt, which is probably why I obsessively attempt it haha
Some daily gestures. More to come!
Thanks man and i surely will do those gesture drawings because i wanna kickass like you, thanks for stopping by.
Awesome work here! Keep it up

Studies and sketches
having fun with stuff
More stuff and kekai studies
lowroller - Thanks for coming by and looking
my CHOW entry and a self portrait I did in the morning (trying to be Jana). Wearing my bathrobe lol
very nice work
pals - Thank you!
cool stuff man. one thing that I think you could transfer from your studies to your imaginative work is your brushwork. Just from looking through a couple pages, sometimes on your imaginative stuff you end with stuff thats very soft and bland, with form thats not really well defined. Take for example on the chow, where stuff like the skin and the shoes look like just lasso tool and the soft round, whereas a lot of your studies (like your self portrait) has some really great marks. hope you get what I'm saying
skMOP - Valid Points! Thanks for stopping by
Francis569 - Thanks man
Screencap study and a random sketch
ivan4oto - Thanks man
Arteast - Thank you! I think it took about 2 hours. Going to try and define those details a bit more next time. Painting from life is tough!
A study and application, as well as a piece I started but not feeling anymore so it may just be scrap.
brushwork much improved on those last two!
still new to digital, please give harsh critiques! (maybe some encouragement too)
Panjo - Thanks!
