Teenager Annie- I need your help.

Ok, so. Heres the deal. I drew this image, scanned coloured. The first version had total man face. Went back and tried to fix it, thought i had gotten rid of the mannishness. Apparently not. The only critique ive had so far is that is looks "mannish" or like a tranvestite. So. Please help me. What am i not seeing.
Should i make the waist skinnier and flair out the hips more? What is wrong with the face?

FYI: Flame image is a placeholder till I actually paint it in myself.

Any help or CC is welcome. Plz help me stop drawing man-face.

I would say the mannishness is coming from the large boobs but no hips

So, are you saying i should less emphasize the anatomy of her legs/arms? Make them more "stick like."

Here is an edited version. Is this more effective. To me this seems very feminine, and i honestly see no "mannishness." What do you think?

She's five-and-a-half heads high. A teenager would be at least seven heads high unless she had a growth problem. Her waist doesn't need to be any smaller; her hips need to be wider and more rounded and her legs need to be longer if you want her to look more feminine.

Her broad shoulders add to the manliness as well. Females tend to have narrower shoulders than hips, and you currently have the opposite, which is what males have. Head is too big as well, like the above post mentions. I'd fix that as one of the first things apart from the shoulder width.

well, I would define these issues:
    1. decide on her age (if she's small, boobs smaller, legs thiner, if she's a teenager- bear away)
    2. armpit- cut half of it. she's too wide in chest.
    3. HIPS! she doesn't have any, all she has is strong calves
    4. proportion. Legs are much smaller than legs....

this all makes her look very mannish....

The others say good things, here's some of my thoughts...

Proportions are very off. Get some info about it (Loomis, for example) and draw a simplified skeleton or something... If she has thighs that suits her shins then she has no hips at all, thighs are attached to her waist...
Forget about the hair and clothes and draw her body. Those things just obscure problems for the unskilled. Even meat can do that, that's why a simplified skeleton/mannikin version may show basic proportion and position flaws quickly...

I don't even understand her gesture and the perspective isn't consistent.

No hips, her left arm looks buff, the pose she is in looks like she is about to kick some UFC fighter's ass, its her body, not her head/face - her head and face look womanly.
