    Punkie's sketchbook

Well... I've decided to start my sketchbook thread here. So, i would be glad if i can get some critique here. Thanks for all your comments, it means a lot to me.

Most of this stuff are just doodles, i'm kinda... thinking with the tip of a pencil, if you know what i mean. Those are not supposed to be pretty drawings.

The first of these sketches is about 2 or 3 months old, the last one i did yesterday.

Ah, nice to see an update from you!
Well, I think you're very good at drawing mouths and noses but I think your eyes are letting you down, they look a wee bit flat in comparison to the rest of your stuff.
Keep up the good work though, It's getting to be a very good sketchbook.

    thank you...

naidy: yeah, youre right... all the facial features are just sticked on a face, there is no real mass. maybe i should do some sculpture, to understand it better

Nice sketchbook. You are on a good track, just keep studying anatomy.
And pay attention to eyes - you're drawing them too big. Maybe should try some variations. Just to see what else you can get.

Thanks for commenting on my sketchbook. Yea I would agree with the comments above. I notice you do draw your eyes a little too big. I guess starting out is always hard and scary at first. Just keep drawing and working hard!

I like how you use your medium on the portraits! Feels dynamic and loose!

    Oh my god.
That face on the last post with the wicked smile, you're really improving on faces. She has a nice /realness/ about her. Same with the one with closed eyes.

Ahh, I'm looking forward to seeing what you do next, keep up the good work mate!

oooh you are getting better man. I like the job that you done with legs, but I see that Asses gives you a challange(like almost everyone).
The skull looks good, nice volume of shading. It would be good if you darken the paper around drawing

    Peace and love guys
