    Arm advice

I'm studying anatomy still, trying to really get it down solid, and of course I am having great trouble with the arm (specifically the forearm's twisting). I've studied from Vilppu, Bridgman, Loomis, etc., and it's still just confusing to know where the extensors, flexors, and ridge muscles will be at different angles. Is this just a matter of experience that will come with time? (I've been studying anatomy for about six months to a year now, though I need to do more memory drawings). Or does anyone have any tips / advice on drawing the forearm? Any help or input would be appreciated.

Observation of your own arm helps. Just try and learn when the different muscles of the forearm bulge or flatten to help with visualization. Once you know this, its position becomes less troublesome. As with everything give it time and practice.
