    Learning the Human Anatomy

Learning the Human AnatomyLearning the Human AnatomyLearning the Human Anatomy
    Hi All
I posted the same thread at the Sculpting forum, I thought this would be also helpful in this section too.

I sculpted an Ecorche Male Anatomical Figure.
The sculpture was sculpted from inside out. Meaning from the deep muscles to the mid and the subsequent outer superficial muscles. It's a good exercise to get familiar with the complex muscular structure of the human form. I did a bunch of video tutorial. I hope it can be useful to those whom are interested in the human anatomy. It's a 34 part video.

Below are some links to the video on Youtube. Hope you guys will appreciate them

Nice work. Thank you for your very kind offering. Just watched the first 2; I am hoping to do a sculpture soon, I will certainly be referring to this in the future.

I can't think of a better way to learn tonnes of anatomy all at once.

    Thanks

    James.

    Hi SweetPea,
Thank you , it took me a few weeks to complete. Because I had it modeled from inside out, it took me longer then I expected.

Here's a coloured version. Hope you'd like it.
