    Hermetic Magic Sketchbook

First question: how to make these better? Second question: as they are now, which of these compositions is best?

I am to make a series of images of Jupiter, based on the writings of the Hermetic philosopher Giordano Bruno (1548-1600). These sketches are my best shots so far. In a couple of cases there are alternate versions of the same subject. I'll complete the best compositions as watercolors. I'm shooting for the standard seen in the sample watercolor, or better. Any constructive comments would be most welcome!
