There is a high energy in your self portraits, every time you
do one, your evolution as an artist grows, and the distance from
hell rises, cause no self respected devil will receive people to his
kingdom with a few self portraits done. Sun is shining and everything
is fine. You totally satisfied my needs with those green environments,
cause green is good for the eyes and for the liver. Heavy drinkers
used to be banned to the deep woods to cure their livers. They
cured their livers but they was unfortunately eaten up by huge
anacondas and lions. You are doing good, and it is a pleasure
to be in contact, and to work together with you.

7-day work week killed my energy.

only got this finished this week:

This has its problems, but it was good for me to get to work in a medium I actually enjoy and get away from the computer/studies for a change.

but now time to make the most of my one day off! hopefully I'll be able to get a real update in. No one will know if I don't, but I'll hold myself to it...

    Drawings from Dr. Sketchy's!

I am absolutely aware of all of the god awful anatomy and know exactly what's wrong with these, so please no comments about the crazy giant limbs and horrible proportions. I have a lot of trouble getting proportions down quickly when I only have one chance to do it and no opportunity to fix anything. I can do way better than this when I have time, but I just totally fail when I have to rush. Frankly these are embarrassing but I'm going to post them anyway since not every day can be a good art day, and failures are still attempts at improving.

Wonderful my friend, those studies are very good,
you just keep pumping the pressure, until there is no measure.

this month I learned a valuable lesson about Japan--when the internet breaks here, IT will get around to fixing it when they feel like it, and no sooner... :| Which is why I have been absent from updating so long.

Will start uploading things from this month a little bit at a time, but until I have time to battle with the single-file uploader, just one for now!
