Exclamation Evil_Clown needs a professional website!

Ok, I decided that 2010 would be the year when I took myself seriously, and started up my business of freelance writing and freelance art. I dont have time, at all, to make my own website so I need to know of a few good places where I can get a simple, affordable and professional looking website.

Who do you use? Who is the best? Are there any great links you can send me?

    Thank you all!!!

(ps. I dont want to sound like an arse, but please, if you made your own website and you are going to tell me that...It will fall on deaf ears, I dont have the time to learn how to create my own website.)

it's an attractive site, but its built in deprecated tables and isn't designed to take advantage of SEO. Its also going to be a hassle for the OP to update, if he doesnt know much about website building, or wants to add extra pages or features.

I would suggest a CMS like wordpress, but its against my religion to send you to someone who would 'do it on the cheap'

you want to be paid for your art, pay the web designer for his.

I plan on paying the web designer.

I didnt say "on the cheap"

    I said "affordable"

The website I have at the moment isnt very good and needs a change drastically.

I didnt mean to condescend, I apologise.

If you send me a pm, with maybe a little more info on what you'd like to achieve with the website, how interactive or updatable you want it to be, whether you want to keep the current design, or design your own layout and graphics, anything else youd like or need, I might be able to help you and negotiate a fair fee.

Cargo Collective is a system used by alot of artists/designers/photographers, highly customisable and free. Looks great too.

    Google Cargo Collective
