Those postcards are supersweet Tom! Love how they work as a set also.

From here on you might want to play around with the compositon thou. My main concern is that they are very "busy", and you have almost no negative space, which in turn makes your positive space stand out less. So, try and leave some space unworked/empty maybe.
(Im just guessing here, but give it a shot )

I appreciate the creativity, you have more than just the run of the mill concept artist. I really like the sketches. I love when sketches over lap each other, its kind of like you had to get it on paper, doesn't matter where! I love your art... its jaw dropping even. The force is strong with this one. Please keep showing me more illustrations =D

The studies look nice - don't stop doing them!
The Andrew Jones inspired stuff also looks cool but it won't save you from actually learning anatomy, lighting etc. It can be a good idea to look at more than one artist's work or doing master studies, studying different styles and trying to figure out what makes a good painting successful.
    Keep it up!

I really enjoy watching the sketches improve - I would offer the idea of integrating the things you learned from your anatomical sketches into your creature/ monster ideas. ( if said creature has to move interact with an environment that humans can traverse, they respond to physics like most animals - walk, hop or slither)

WIP, just wanted to use my new purchase of CS5 for the first time, i gotta say im loving it apart from the fact my brush keeps releasing strokes without pen pressure activated when it should be. again i might be arsed to update my traditional stuff later
