    WIP - Guild Wars inspired character design

    I've been working on this concept for the last two days on my spare time and i'd like to have some comments and critics to improve the overall concept.

    Generaly I like it, I would revise the anatomy of the sword arm a little bit and push up the highlights and shadows.

    wow great link Morgaine.

    I love the style. The only thing I can see that looks odd is the head is a little too low, it makes the stance look off.

    the pose looks a bit stiff and unnatural, like he's extremely uncomfortable. his (its?) head looks like it's sunk into his neck and shoulders or that he has no neck, which might have been what you were trying for, but right now it just looks rather stunted.

    other than that, it's a wonderful value and texture study, that shoulder armor looks fantastic! my favorite part
