    Good works, keep it up.

There is something you must pay more attention in some of your works: the value scale.
When you look at a reference you should know where each value belongs in the value scale.

Do you know what a value scale is?. It is a way to order the different grades of darkness and light that we can see. A good scale is divided in 9 steps that go from total white to total dark.

In Photoshop you have a 256 steps from white to black, but since this is too complex, you should mentally divide that in 9, this will help you a lot to get a better sense of the correct values you have to use to obtain a more accurate painting of what you are seeing. This will also help you to paint from imagination.

    MmmMmM sexy girls!
Figure studies are a good thing. Painting from life will help a lot too.
Keep the edges of your shapes clean, this will help to maintain a cleaner look.
Some master studies and black white paintings will help with light values.

    cheers

cool shit! You seem to have proportions down, Your values need more work, though. Chooswe your darkest darks and lightest light and search for the shit inbetween. It's all relative

Nice colors a little bit of contrast here and there wouldn't hurt though but there is drama if thats what you tried to achieve.
