    LOST: The Animated Series

Updated with Sun and my take on the Smoke Monster

I wasn't entirely sure which thread to post these in, but I figure entertainment fits well. I'm working on a series of "animatizing" the characters from Lost. Going into the project, I didn't realize how many friggin' characters this show has. I think after I'm finished with these, I might move on to Arrested Development or perhaps Battlestar.

This looks fantastic. I haven't watched the show, but it's impossible not to see the ads/hype for it. Most of the time with the ads, I'm left wondering why I should care about these characters. These studies, on the other hand, add a dynamic that instantly gives me visceral cues to properly place them in the context of a story. Posture, expression, tone, they all add up very, very well! Very excited to see where it's going.

If I had a say in the matter of what you tackle next, I'd vote for Arrested Development. I can only imagine what you'll do with Tobias!

Very nice character designs. I'm a BIG fan of "Lost" and Animation in general.

Fun idea. I think you've done a great job of capturing the characters liknesses. However from an animation background my first instinct was- lots of scarry details! Try to reduce the number of wringles and small shadows especially around moving parts like elbows.
The last drawing is my favorite, that would be very fun to animate.

Oh man! The likenesses are breathtaking! My favourite is Mr. Eko, though they are all fantastic.
