    I will be out of the house for the duration of earth hour, so i'll be participating by default. But i like the idea, and it gives me a weird pleasure to see things go dark..

    The next big thing should be "classy christmas". The effort should be made to eradicate things like these:

    seriously theres always 2 extreme with such events..

    personally i feel tat just turning out lights won't do much...
    offsetting the carbon-shit will take thousands, if not, millions of years..
    even the world rulers, governments n powerheads decides to stop using fossil fuels all together..
    i can see the scenerio is more n more like whats shown in Wall-E.

    but hey, @least this shows that we care abt ours', our children's, our children's children's, our children's children's children's, our children's children's children's children's....

    heck, humanity's future.
