Question Windows 7: Program to make quick launch style popup menu?

Anyone know if there is a good program for Windows 7 that can group all pinned taskbar programs into a 1 button popup menu? So it would act like a quick launch style popup menu for launching programs. I also want to be able to add programs to it by "pinning" and to retain the Windows 7 right click menu for the pinned programs. Something like this...

never heard of it, probably because no one need it? You have the start button, you click on it and BAM you have a list of your programs there and you can customize the order, make your favorites. You can even place shortcuts on your desktop for some of your apps and if that is not enough then you can install rocket doc and add even more programs and links there.

i prefer to use my start menu for listing recently used programs and a quicklaunch style menu for favorite programs. otherwise the favorites programs are pinned too far up in the start menu and makes it slower to get to them with the mouse.

What's wrong with the Quick Launch menu? was it removed?

i dont have windows 7 yet, was thinking of upgrading, but what you're asking for is simply the quick launch menu in the toolbar.

quick launch is removed from windows 7. i hear this is a way to add it back. but what im really looking for is a more modern quick launch style menu that has the new windows 7 right click features for the icons.

makes it slower to get to them with the mouse (like 2-4 times a day, thats like 0.5 sec) VS spending hours searching for some app, installing the app, configuring the app....

    just saying.

Check this out: 7stacks (it's a plugin you install - it does what you describe, in a way). http://lifehacker.com/5303809/7stack...indows-7-style
