I am looking for any indie developers and concept artist who would like to post information about there game(s) or art on my site at http://gamedevhub.com/ . Also looking for people who would be willing to contribute an article.
At the moment a lot of my post have been about Flash games and would like to include more post about Torque developers and games published with Torque. Also looking for any one who would like to talk about art as it relates to game design.
The site is focused on everything indie, and is getting a good amount of hits everyday. I am doing everything I can to spread the word, and am sure it would be a good place to let people know about your teams, yourself and your games as well as your artwork.
My goal for the site is to make it a indie magazine with substance, and eventually pursue a print version if all go's well.
If you are interested, check out the site and send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I look forward to hearing from some of you.
Looks interesting, I'll be browsing it at the very least... (bookmarking for now.) (Also sending a link to a small software developer I work with.)
Psst, you should write something on your "About" page...

Hmm, for quite some time i've been planing to write a full blown manifesto on why big name video games start sucking balls, why programmers should be replaced by software allowing artists and designers full and easy contol of everything without ever looking at even a bit of syntax, and why current trends of game design prevent the medium from evolving and being respected beyond a money maker. Why it is important to turn the masses against big developers in favor of creative progress... Etc..
On how art relates to videogames..I am going to write a more specific article pertaining to visual shaders, what are 'normal maps' and why they should be used with extreme caution, specularity, and general good taste that needs to be applied when designing the look of a 3D game...
Shit's gonna take me time...but i just outlined various interesting topics you can now research yourself or find existing articles about....get on it.
Thank you for the ideas. It would be hard but I am gonna do some research.
Just indie or first party cogs as well?
